Everyone wants to look younger, with the exception of most teenagers I suppose. It’s just a universal law of some sort – young is highly desirable while old is yesterday’s news. Teeth can become stained over the years simply because they’ve had a greater opportunity for exposure to wine, coffee, tea and other beverages that are known to cause discoloration. • Eat a well-balanced diet including lots of fruits and veggies. The more nutrients you consume, the better your skin will look overall. This is true for younger women as well when it comes to acne or other skin conditions. You’ll also want to keep your body hydrated by drinking ample amounts of fresh, clear water. It’s a lot easier to keep your skin hydrated and moist when you start with a properly fueled body.

• Get enough activity and include muscle building activities into your routine. Movement improves your circulations and cardiovascular health while resistance training improves your muscles. It all works together to help you feel better and look younger. You’ll also be able to stand up straight so you look taller and thinner which is a natural age reducing trick.
